Where We Ship

CLUVANE ships within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We deliver to all seven emirates including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Ready-to-ship items (marked with Cash on Delivery) are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Select imported items are delivered within 8–12 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our logistics partner's website.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or UAE public holidays. CLUVANE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. CLUVANE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
