Thank you for shopping with Cozy Decor. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
Cozy Decor ships exclusively within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed through our logistics network and shipped directly to customers across Australia.
- Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, particularly for remote or regional areas of Australia. External factors such as weather events, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g. holiday seasons) may impact delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status at any time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team and we will investigate promptly.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order has not been updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us immediately at support@cozydecor.com.au with your order number and we will lodge an investigation with our logistics partner. Lost parcel claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Cozy Decor is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@cozydecor.com.au — we will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
