At Cozy Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase
  • A return request must be submitted and approved before sending any item back

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will offer you a full replacement or refund at no cost to you. To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Email your evidence and order number to our support team

Once your claim is reviewed and approved (within 2–3 business days), we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@cozydecor.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  • Wait for your return request to be reviewed and approved — do not send any item back until you receive written approval from our team
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Important: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition
  • Items returned without prior written authorisation from Cozy Decor
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
  • Items where the return window has expired (more than 30 days after delivery)
  • Items where the original packaging has been discarded or damaged
